Baked Italian Sausage and Mushroom Frittata Muffins
Do you all remember these frittata muffins I made last fall? Well, they’ve started quite the trend of egg muffins in my house, I can’t stop making them! The combinations are endless and I can’t tell you enough how much I enjoy having them on hand to grab for breakfast or a snack these days.
Or if you’re lucky enough to be planning a brunch soon (I love brunch!) then these would be a perfect addition to your menu. The best part about brunch (besides the mimosas) is having a plenty of food to try, making these egg muffins a great part of any spread.
It’s no secret I love mushrooms so I’m happy to be sharing my current breakfast / brunch favorite – this recipe for Baked Sausage and Mushroom Frittata Muffins – on The Mushroom Channel blog today!
