Land O’Lakes Giveaway (Le Creuset, Anthropologie and Butter!)

by Aggies Kitchen on March 14, 2013

Land O'Lakes Giveaway

I’m really excited about sharing today’s pretty awesome giveaway with you. Last month Land O’Lakes invited me to take part in an interactive webinar they were hosting called Kitchen Conversations where a panel of food bloggers (and dear friends) were brought together to discuss and share tips and recipes using butter. This was to be the first of quarterly conversations for 2013 and the theme was based on what the bloggers predict as food trends for the upcoming year. I love food trends so I was all over it.

You can follow along with the groups conversation, tips, and recipes virtually on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest with the hashtag #KtchnConvo.

It was fun to see and hear about what my friends came up with as food trends for 2013, and I truly can see how recipes based on these trends will start to pop up everywhere you look before you know it.

Predicted food trends (along with featured recipes!) from our Land O’Lakes Kitchen Conversation panel:

Ree, The Pioneer Woman – Meatballs – Meatball Tortilla Soup

Brenda, A Farmgirl’s Dabbles – Cauliflower and Ancient Grains – Curried Cauliflower Israeli Couscous and Grains

Sommer, A Spicy Perspective – Comfort Global Food – Butter Chicken Sliders

Julie, The Little Kitchen – Asian Influence – Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi with Fried Egg

Maria, Two Peas & Their Pod – Popcorn – Garlic Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

As a thank you for participating in the webinar, Land O’Lakes offered the Kitchen Conversations gift package pictured above to one of my readers (disclosure: I received one as well :) )…this is where you come in!

The Kitchen Conversations gift package includes:

  • Le Creuset cast iron skillet
  • Beautiful kitchen items from Anthropologie (serving bowl, half stick butter dish and measuring spoons)
  • Full value coupons for any Land O Lakes® Butter Half Sticks and Sauté Express® Sauté Starter

To enter simply leave a comment telling me which Kitchen Conversation food trend caught your attention?

For additional entries, share a link to this giveaway on one or more of your social media outlets. Once doing so, come back and leave a separate comment on this post telling me you did!

(Edited to add – oops!!!) Giveaway starts today March 14 and ends March 21 at noon (EST). I will pick winner using randomly using Pick Giveaway Winner tool on my blog. Winner will be contacted by me via email and will have 48 hours to reply before another winner will be selected. Sorry, but giveaway open to US addresses only.

Good luck and thanks for entering!

(Discosure: I received the same Kitchen Conversation package from Land O’Lakes.)

Katie March 14, 2013 at 1:00 pm

Meatballs looks interesting!

Manda March 14, 2013 at 1:03 pm

Cauliflower and ancient grains. Cauliflower seems to be the new brussels sprouts.

Meatballs, banh mi, and global street food are great though.

Tiffany March 14, 2013 at 1:08 pm

the cauliflower!

kelly lane March 14, 2013 at 1:08 pm

My husband will do my bidding for life if I make butter chicken sliders! Everything is better as a slider!

Kelly D March 14, 2013 at 1:11 pm

The Global Food Influence trend caught my eye, such as curried cauliflower and the use of other spices when cooking.

Brooke March 14, 2013 at 1:11 pm

Well, since Ree has never steered me wrong… I’m going to check out the meatball soup. Thanks for participating and all the great recipes!

Katie March 14, 2013 at 1:11 pm

The curried cauliflower and Israeli couscous grains looks incredible, as do the other recipes! I love the accessibility of the ingredients used, making me able to make them all!

Popcorn. I love it but I need to branch out from the usual single serve micro-bags. We can do better!

April String March 14, 2013 at 2:11 pm

I think Ree’s Meetball tortilla soup appeals to me and my family:)

MaryB March 14, 2013 at 2:13 pm

Comfort Global Food and popcorn caught my eye, although all sound very interesting. Thanks for offering the chance to win.

Caitlyn March 14, 2013 at 2:17 pm

Mmmm popcorn, definitely popcorn. I LOVE the stuff. Although admittedly, I like it plain best (with lots of salt and butter, of course, but not otherwise flavored).

Diana R. March 14, 2013 at 2:17 pm

Definitely the cauliflower & grains, as cauliflower is one of my favourite veggies. 2nd favourite would be the comfort global food (yummy sliders).

Kim Akari March 14, 2013 at 2:19 pm

The popcorn caught my eye! It sounds delicious and I have been noticing a popcorn trend lately.
