Tomatoes, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella

One of my most favorite meals, especially in the summer. Had this for lunch yesterday. Aren’t those yellow tomatoes beautiful? Found them at the Farmer’s Market, basil from my garden. Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and enjoy.

Simple and delicious.

  3. Tomatoes and mozzarella with basil is my absolute favorite! I could eat it everyday…those farmer’s market tomatoes look amazing-our local farmer’s market has been weak in the tomato dept. so far.

  4. Aggie, Aggie, Aggie-that is just gorgeous. I need it for lunch. But now I want yellow tomatoes. What am I going to do???

  5. Holy cow, what a beautiful looking tomato salad! This is the kind of recipe I’d gladly pay for!!

  6. Healthy and lovely! More often than not, you always see red tomatoes used in a caprese but I love the difference of the yellow this time. I will have to give this a try as well.
