Everything looks delish! Going to check out the eggplant burgers now. Sounds yummy!
mmmm why does my husband not like eggplant? Those burgers with that sauce on top? I’m coming to live with you!
Aggie, It was great meeting you at the Conference. I hope you have a lovely time while in Utah! I’m enjoying perusing your blog. I am also a tzatziki lover and your coleslaw looks like the best I’ve ever seen. Happy eating.
I don’t know where to go first! Everything looks so spectacular!
You got my attention with the eggplant burger!
Eggplant burgers??? Best idea ever! I’ve got so many eggplants to use and I’m still looking for ways to use them. I wonder if they’d freeze well (the burgers, that is)!
What a great round-up! Love everything on the page!
oh, my, all these fabulous foods in one week! I am so glad to have stumbled upon this site and most especially look forward to seeing more!!
Love all these healthy suggestions Aggie! Your eggplant burgers sound especially good!
I’m not sure that I can pick a favorite amongst all of these. They all look so good!
