Clementine Vinaigrette

‘Tis the season for all things citrus! Love clementines and their sweet juice, try this Clementine Vinaigrette on your next salad!


  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup light oil like grapeseed oil
  • juice from 2 clementines
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • coarse salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously or until blended well. Alternatively, you can whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to 3 days.
