You must have a serious need for popsicles for your kids living as you do in Florida. I used to make homemade popsicles for my kids all the time. They weren’t gourmet, they were just frozen apple or grape juice, but they were healthy and the kids liked them. They still heard the siren call of the ice cream truck, though!

Oh yeah, and weather…it’s been so rainy and dreary here this past week or so. Then I remembered it seems every June we have quite a bit of dreary weather before it just becomes the regular afternoon thunderstorms. I couldn’t live somewhere without the sun.
