So you know I NEVER read.... but one of my goals this year is to change that.... SO I just started a neighborhood Book Club --- meeting once a month in the evening for food, wine and chatting about the book. We are picking our 1st book now.... SO excited.
I have to admit that I have a few that I've started and haven't finished. And another few that I've bought but are sitting untouched. I'm going to check into those 2 recommendations and can't wait to hear how you like Harry Potter!

In reply to <a href="https://aggieskitchen.com/spring-break-reading-list/#comment-43284">Kirsten@FarmFreshFeasts</a>.

I can totally relate to that Kirsten! I started a no online time after dinner rule for myself a couple of years ago, I'm not stringent on it obviously, but I would so rather be reading a good book than fooling around online in the evenings. I love getting cookbooks from the library too - one of my favorite sections :)
My son and I are both very excited to start Harry Potter!

I love that you set a goal. That's something I thought of doing, but never did, but it's not too late. Goodreads has become so helpful at the library - I didn't realize you could scan in books either!!

I love Goodreads! I use the app on my phone to scan in the books I get at the library and us the I'm Finished feature to record when I finish. I have a goal of reading 100 books this year and Goodreads is a great way to keep track. I also love that I can get recommendations and check out lists that other readers have created. I've read 40 books so far this year so you can imagine how helpful recommendations are!
