That photo is priceless and so are your memories. I love the tradition of a big family Sunday lunch or supper and how wonderful that you have still have those experiences to pass on to your kids. Love the simplicity of this sauce and the addition of kale. Sounds totally perfect to me!

When my kids were little we used to have family day every Sunday. We would do things like bike rides in Point Pelee National Park, or go to a movie, or visit family in the morning and afternoon. Then we'd head home for a big dinner and I'd bake a bunch of treats for the school week. My kids still talk about it. So I can totally relate to this. It was so important to me to have traditions.

I love this recipe. It looks so rustic and filling. I can see me going for thirds with this one.

Aww, I love this! I keep telling my husband that we're gonna do big Sunday lunches because I want my kids to have memories like this but... you know, things happen and it gets canceled. I really need to make a solid effort at doing it.

This looks delicious. Bolognese is probably the only thing all of my kids will eat without complaint and I love that you snuck some kale in!
