Oh gosh, you are so right!! I don’t know why I didn’t think of the term citronette!! I have a good friend that doesn’t like vinegar either, I am going to tell her to try something like this for her salads. It’s a citronette, meaning it has citrus. I don’t like vinegar so that’s great!
