I normally add apple brandy to my pork chops with apples, but this is a nice change. I doubled the garlic (as I always do). It smells amazing! Serving this with spaghetti squash and roasted carrots. Delish!

Honestly, I haven’t tried it myself. I would think if you start the pork chops in the skillet to brown them, then transfer. Maybe reduce the liquid a bit (that would be the key). I wish I had an answer for you, I should try myself! I have never cooked pork chops in the slow cooker, but pork tenderloin turns out great.
