I like a good Greek salad, and I&#039;ve been enjoying the flavors at home with cucumbers and tomatoes from the farm share.  I like to add marinated artichoke hearts to mine, primarily because I love them and buy them by the vat at Costco so they are always handy.
Great photos of the dressing pre and post shake shake shake.
