Aggie! I can’t believe that sweet baby is headed into pre-school already. How is that even possible?! It’s crazy to see them all growing up so fast. Every time I look around at the giant boys in my own house I wish for time to slow just a little bit.

In reply to Erica. oh those kindergarten days are exhausting for them, I totally remember. I think the first couple of weeks are pretty tiring in general. Hang in there mama and totally make this - I will try yellow squash with it next time too, I love yellow squash!! Thank you friend xo

I feel you! Kaylin and Kyle are at different schools for the first time this year and it feels like madness! Kindergarten is also totally exhausting her…so trying to learn how to balance everything so she isn’t too tired. This looks delicious! I’m going to make it and replace the zucchini with yellow squash (Josh doesn’t like zucchini for some crazy reason). Good luck with your new semester!!
