Yes they are really good for quick lunches. But initially I thought it’s cookies 😉

Thank you for sharing this recipe. My daughter will definitely love this because she likes both patties and salmon. I didn’t know there’s such thing as baked salmon cake so I think it’s worth a try and I’m excited about this. 🙂

This recipe was delicious. I changed nothing except addung wedges of fresh sgueesed lemon wedges to spark up some freshness to the patties. There only two if us so we will have the opportunity to make salmon patty burgers for lunch. I served ours with french fries with brown gravy. I will make this again with a little more cajun seasoning added to the patty mix! Loved the recipe especially because i cooked it in a parchment lined sheet pan, so there was very little ckean up time. I live parchment paper. I no longer use foil as it is not a healthy choice due ti research that indicated there is a high level of aluminum in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.

In reply to Agnes Peile. Yes!!! Use the fresh salmon. We did and it was delicious. I have since made this recipe with my own additions, for a potluck with friends and they were devoured. Nothing left after about 7 minutes on the table. Folks requested the recipe. Just debone, take off the skin, mince it up and throw it in!!!
