					<description><![CDATA[Wondrous salad! People loved it! Made changes due to ingredients on hand and my mood. Used grilled chicken, substituted pecans-roughly chopped, 2 scallions-chopped using scissors (no powder), regular salt &#038; pepper, generic apple, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (no tarragon), added 1 tsp lemon juice and a handful of sunflower seeds, Changed mayo/yogurt to more, and equal amounts.
None of these changes are significant enough to make it better than the original ones so the recipe stands as is, and wonderfully tasty and textured as such.]]></description>
