I love the chili powder combo and the addition of the dried chile – I discovered last year just how awesome cooking with dried ones can be and I was thrilled to see how much you enjoyed it too.

Just scanned my printout… I have everything in the house for this aside from the chocolate, bell peppers and ground meat. Nice!

We attend an annual chili cookoff and its one of the highlights of my year. I’ve never put beer in it and I’ve never used chocolate. I shop at Publix too so when i go on my daily Publix run, I’m going to check out the New Mexico Chili. This recipe might be what I prepare this upcoming week for my Bama National Championship party.
