Congratulations on making the list, very well deserved in my opinion. I don't think I have ever come across this recipe of Ellie's before...shows how much I paid attention when looking at her book! This looks fabulous!

My hubby once brought bok choy home from the grocery store on a whim and I had never cooked it before (this is what happens when he doesn't have a list!). After searching the internet, this is the recipe I used! Yummy! Love your blog.

Hi Aggie,

Congrats on your the recognition of your blog. Bok choy naturally has a lot of water in it, but even if it was a little wet, it doesn't matter if you're cooking at high heat. I looked at the recipe. 2 tbs. low sodium soy sauce doesn't seem like enough to me for 2 lbs. bok choy -- definitely add a little more salt. Plus, garlic (3 cloves, minced), ginger (2 tsp.), and a hot sauce like Sriracha (Thai chili sauce) would be welcome additions. I'd add more sesame oil too, but then it would be higher in fat as well...

Aggie - great job! You should be so proud!

I need to try more of Ellie's recipes - I kind of find her show boring, so I usually kind of fast forward through it!

Your dish looks devine!
