I baked (uncovered) rather than grilled and the salmon was moist and tender. The rub wasn’t very flavorful and definitely not spicy hot. It just seemed to be missing something in flavor-not quite sweet enough, the flavors didn’t seem to blend.

I doubt I’ll make this again.
