Thank you!! So happy it was enjoyed! I'll have to grab some tenderloins from Costco next time, sounds like they are a good size (and I'm sure better price!). Happy new year!!

Absolutely delicious! Even my teenage son who usually passes on pork loved it! I used the pork tenderloins from Costco and had to cook it for approximately 20 -25 minutes. The ends were perfect but the middle section came out a little too pink, but will be ok when I heat it up for leftovers. Looking forward to trying some of your other recipes,

In reply to <a href="https://aggieskitchen.com/roasted-chili-maple-pork-tenderloin/#comment-122733">Dannielle</a>.

Thank you for the comment! I will have to look for tenderloins next time I am at Costco. I definitely think the size of the tenderloins affect the cooking time so I am going to make a note of that in the recipe. The thermometer helped me figure out "when" but it's hard to tell if part of the tenderloin is thicker than the rest. I'm so happy you enjoyed the recipe! Have a great week :)

THANK YOU for this excellent recipe! I made it tonight and every last piece was eaten...this will definitely be a recipe added to my menu. I got my tenderloins at Costco and seared them for 2 minutes per side(3sides). I did bake them for about 15 minutes and let them rest for 5 minutes and then sliced. The thinner end pieces were perfectly cooked but the thicker pieces were undercooked so I just popped them in the oven for another 5 minutes and they were great. Perfectly tender and everyone raved about them the entire meal :)

Great looking, recipe. Trying it tonight! When I cook pork tenderloin in a cast iron like this, I always like to add a few sliced pears or peaches before putting it in the oven. Delicious way to enjoy the fruit, plus it leaves a beautiful pan sauce behind!
