I saw the adapted recipe on your site and thought I would try it. Overall its ok. I like the added apple, but we find them a bit too crunchy. I make several other muffins with oats and they aren’t so crunchy. I soaked them in milk for 10 min like the recipe said. I am not sure what went wrong.
