I laugh because any time I use curry powder, my boyfriends nose perks up and he gets excited. Sometimes it is a meatless recipe and then he is not as interested, but when it is curry, then he is really happy! Especially this recipe:

My youngest and picky eater called it, “a flavor explosion in your mouth!” it’s delicious and very easy to make.
