We make it a couple times a month and always take it to friends and neighbors. Plus, like all stir-fries it is so versatile, that you can use whatever veggies you have on hand.

I make them at least once a month and freeze a bunch for my hubby. He loves them.
oh, and that salad of Prudy’s in that same post is amazing!
