Yes, I would think that would be just fine. It will change the flavor obviously but I use lemon juice in so many of my vinaigrettes. I have a few recipes for vinaigrettes using lemon and lime - search for Greek House Dressing and Honey Lime Vinaigrette.]]></description>

I&#039;m pretty sure regular paprika is sweet paprika - I have hot paprika and smoked paprika and my regular paprika sometimes is labeled as sweet, but it&#039;s really not sweet I just think it&#039;s called that to distinguish not being hot or smoked. Hope that makes sense! Use your regular paprika!
And yes, light extra olive oil is perfect light oil for this!]]></description>

I didn&#039;t know your family owned restaurants. My very good friend and neighbour is Italian and man she can cook. We always cook and exchange food. We also borrowing missing ingredients from each other. Now she is moving and I&#039;m gonna die.:(]]></description>
