Cauliflower definitely is one of those uncommon vegetables that doesn’t get enough credit. A lot of different cheeses can make cauliflower more suitable for any dish. Just like in the flatbread pizza picture, the mixture of a good mozzarella cheese makes all the difference and the parmesan for the pasta dish adds just enough of the right flavor. Roasted cauliflower really is a delight, thanks for the post.

I love cauliflower too...it is so versatile. I add it to many casseroles for an extra nutritional kick and most of the time the family has no idea! I also like to mash it, season it, and serve it as a side dish instead of mashed potatoes. I am always looking for more cauliflower ideas. The recipe list you posted is awesome, thanks!

Aggie,
What a wonderful cauliflower recipe round up! I'm referring to this when I get cauliflower in the farm share. I picked up a broccoflower at the store and roasted it as "popcorn" a few weeks ago, but the kids were not on board. Since I have not yet dreamt up a way to put up cauliflower like I can so many of my other farm share abundance, I need 'use it now' recipes!
Thanks!
