I am not Greek, but I think I must have been Mediterranean in a previous life! This is one of my absolute favorite salads….and now I have a great recipe to use to make it at home!

A dear friend of mine, her mom was a caterer and her specialty was Greek food. She made moussaka and I haven’t had one like it since she passed away. That is my favorite.
