I think it turned out wonderfully as a stir fry. It looks delicious!

Julia was wonderful. How exciting to see her kitchen. I've been meaning to get my butt up to the Smithsonian to see it…I just always get hung up with other stuff when we go up that way!

Definitely look for some old French Chef episodes. If you can't find them…let me know. I've got them all, I could burn them for you. They'd be in DIVX format though, but most newer DVD players play that!
