I used it as a dip for chips and I couldn’t stop eating it! It has such great flavor with the scallion, lime and cilantro. I printed it out and put it in my recipe binder to make again. This would be great for a big chip, veggie and dip party platter for a summer cook-out.

Oh my gosh, Everyday Food was one of my favorite food magazines. Such simple, straight forward recipes. I still have a box of them!! I hate that it went away. Funny there was a recipe like this in there, I am glad this helped you!!! xo
