Love the idea of your lentil spinache soup but wonder I'd you could indicate more specific amounts for your ingredients..... Can size for the tomatoes, bag size for the spinache. I shop at Costco and guess my cans and bags are bigger than the standard. Thanks.

Hi Angie! I’m a new cook book author. My book, Young Chefs, focuses on helping kids learn how to cook. I was floored that my kids didn’t know how to make a turkey sandwich and set out to turn them into young foodies. I didn’t want them to be at the mercy of the frozen food isle or fast food restaurants when they left the house. Thankfully, they are still young enough that they are excited to spend time in the kitchen. This book is a product of my efforts to teach them different cooking skills. Some foods are made from scratch while others use some premade foods to speed things along for kids. I’ve read over your requirements for submissions and, with your permission, I’ll forward your email on to my editor who will send you an advanced e-copy.
Thanks for your time,
