Ingredients
- pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pinch coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Put tomatoes, blue cheese and chives in a large salad plate or bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and very gently toss.
