This sounds sooooooo good! I went to the web site and read the 70% butterfat! Better be good for all that fat! Reminds me a great west coast cheese, CowGirl Creamery and their Mt Tam triple cream Bree is beyond good. Oh, makes me want to go get some!

Saint Andre is one of our favorites! We usually do regular cheese tastings on Saturdays but due to vacation and spring holidays and all haven’t done one in a while.

Wow, I am so jealous, I want a cheese of the month. Also, what a way to start out. we buy Saint Andre all the time, it is so good, it is pretty much almost butter.
