I picked up all the ingredients and then went to the fish counter to find previously frozen salmon only, weird because I live in Seattle, and I wanted fresh if I was going to pay over 10 dollars a pound. So I bought some fresh rock fish, and it was delicious blackened with the citrus salsa. I will definitely being making this again, hopefully with some salmon next time. Thank you so much for all your great recipes. Lately you have been my go to for “whats for dinner”
