I am so inspired by the organization of Alyssa's big freezer! There is so much meat there. How long does the meat keep in the freezer? I feel like I always buy so much to keep in the freezer but then don't use in enough time, so it goes to waste. It may be OK though?

I like that she has a defrost tray. I always defrost our meat in the downstairs fridge since nothing really is in it much. I might have to do the tray thing that is a great idea!

LOL, I stopped reading at "we always have a lot of eggs in our fridge". Americans are just about the only nationality that keeps eggs in the fridge. Every other country keeps them on a table or on a shelf as, if they're not washed so the protective natural coating is removed, eggs will last 6-8 weeks without needing to be refrigerated. They also taste much better that way.

Now off back to read the rest of your post :) Nice blog, btw
