This blog is what you could call an extension of my kitchen. I started it in June of 2008 and it's grown into a place where I go to "hang out"... and share what I'm cooking for myself, my family and my friends. Most of the recipes I cook are healthy...but the occasional treat is permitted. Pull up a chair and stay awhile.
