Brookside Chocolate Giveaway {CLOSED}

by Aggies Kitchen on February 21, 2013

Brookside Chocolate Giveaway | Aggie's Kitchen

I was recently introduced to Brookside Chocolate, and I’m really happy to be sharing them with you here today.

Brookside Chocolate sent me a “tasting kit” last month, and needless to say, there isn’t much left to taste. These little chocolate covered gems are the perfect bite – rich, smooth dark chocolate with a burst of slightly sweetened “super” fruit pieces. I’ve become obsessed with snacking on these and they have become dessert many nights since I’ve received them.

Brookside Chocolate Giveaway | Aggie's Kitchen

One way I’ve enjoyed eating these chocolates is paired with nuts, particularly walnuts. I usually grab a small handful of both and nibble on them while watching tv before bed at night, it’s the perfect way to satisfy that sweet craving I usually have without going totally overboard.

Personally, I think these chocolates would pair perfectly with wine, in addition to those nuts. Next time you are having friends to share a glass (or two) of wine, treat yourselves to some yummies while you’re sipping. :)

Brookside Chocolate Giveaway | Aggie's Kitchen

Brookside Chocolates come in 3 varieties – Dark Chocolate Pomegranate, Dark Chocolate Acai with Blueberry, and Dark Chocolate Goji with Raspberry. If you see them while you’re out shopping, I encourage you to pick up a bag and try them for yourself. Or maybe you’ll get lucky and win a Tasting Kit of your own here today!

I don’t quite have spring fever yet, but I would like to go on warm runs instead of bundling up. I just love wearing scarves, since we don’t really get that many scarf days in SC. :D Thanks for the great giveaway! Brookside chocolates are so addicting! :)

YES! I have Spring Fever! It keeps getting gloriously warm (at least comparatively) and sunny for one day and I think – YAY! and go out for a long walk and am just basking in the wonderfulness of not getting windburn every time I step outside and then the next day, it’s back down to the low 30′s/high 20′s and snowing. Sigh. Just warm up already! (although I know in 6 months when the humidity is up to 80% I’ll be longing for cold again – but Spring will be lovely!!). :)

I definitely have spring fever. It would be better if it would stop raining here.

My spring fever is out of control! Seeing new spring clothes in stores is making it even harder. What a yummy giveaway!

Yes, totally! I can’t wait to use our jogging stroller when it gets a little nicer out! I think I’ve seen these at Costco – would love to try them :)

I headed to CVS this morning … walked through piles of slush to get to the front door and therefore wasnt feeling very “springish” and was in need of chocolate. I saw a bag of Brookside Dark Chocolate Goji with Raspberry and decided to try it. The chocolate is perfectly paired with the raspberry and the flavor of the berry put a little “spring” in my step : )

It has been a cold winter here and I am so looking forward to Spring. Coldest winter that I can remember and Spring is “due”.
