I’ve never tried Guinness beer but I’m hoping I’ll find it on sale now that St. Patty’s day is over. Beef and beer sound like a winning combo in my book and if it’s made in a crockpot, it’s just that much better. Love Kerrygold!

I make brisket for Passover every year, and can never quite figure out what to put on the sandwiches the next day as there are always leftovers (I know people who put mayo, others ketchup, others butter…and they all sound kind of gross to me). I love the melted Irish cheese. Thank you!
