Well done, Aggie! Your tuna looks spectacular; I would gobble up every morsel. The tenders look great, too. Have a wonderful trip. The Smokey's are beautiful! Hope you get to toss around some snowballs with your kids!

This looks really wonderful - both the chicken and the tuna! I hope you all have a wonderful vacation!!! I'm with you -- it's hard enough wrangling the little ones, even in a warm climate! I grew up in CT, but live in Bama now, and often think about how much harder it would be if we had to deal with snowsuits and boots on a regular basis. Enjoy the mountains and some brisk air!

Aggie the tuna looks great. I live smack dab in the middle of the Smokies - look me up! It will be cold this weekend and you may see some snow...your family will have a fantastic time.

I was thinking yesterday that I really wanted to try an orange sauce - not with salmon, but something else I was trying to concoct in my head. This is a perfect guide. What a timely post for me and thank you!

Have a wonderful time. Love the mountains and the cold can be a really refreshing change. Enjoy the TN beauty!
