We are going to Pigeon Forge on Christmas night..as a Florida girl myself..I am sure I will be freezing my butt off!!!!!

This looks really wonderful – both the chicken and the tuna! I hope you all have a wonderful vacation!!! I’m with you — it’s hard enough wrangling the little ones, even in a warm climate! I grew up in CT, but live in Bama now, and often think about how much harder it would be if we had to deal with snowsuits and boots on a regular basis. Enjoy the mountains and some brisk air!

Hi Maria! I like my tuna pretty rare too, that’s how I order it in restaurants…I wasn’t sure if I trusted myself (or the tuna) at home though!!

Seared tuna is my absolute favorite. I like it pretty raw though!! Can’t wait to try the sauce!! Have a wonderful trip!

I was thinking yesterday that I really wanted to try an orange sauce – not with salmon, but something else I was trying to concoct in my head. This is a perfect guide. What a timely post for me and thank you!
